From an interesting price to an accountable record.

A research signal says what you could do. A ticket records what you did. A settlement records what actually happened. Keep all three in perspective.

01 / Research

Inspect a price before calling it an edge.

The dashboard keeps provider, source freshness and market context beside the numbers. Analysis tools convert odds, normalize a complete set of opposing outcomes, estimate EV and compare hedge scenarios. Check that the market, period and settlement rules match before comparing prices.

Keep in mind: Market-implied probabilities are not independently estimated truth. Licensed sportsbook coverage depends on configured access; public data availability can change. A displayed opportunity does not place a bet or guarantee execution.

How no-vig and EV differ →
02 / Review

Start with the file. Approve the record.

Bring a permitted CSV or use browser-local screenshot OCR, map the fields, then check the original against the parsed draft. Review amounts, odds, dates, account and settlement before approving. Resolve duplicates rather than counting a repeated upload as new activity.

Keep in mind: Private originals and drafts are not community posts. File imports remain user-supplied evidence: they do not prove a sportsbook account connection or independently verify a wager.

A practical reconciliation checklist →
03 / Reconcile

Keep cash, exposure and results separate.

Use your private portfolio to record positions, settlement and money movements. Deposits and withdrawals explain changes in cash; open stakes explain exposure; graded records explain realized net result. Promotional balances have their own restrictions and are not interchangeable with withdrawable cash.

Keep in mind: Manual account balances are user-entered, not authenticated provider balances. Check the source statement and any fees, voids, pushes or corrections before relying on a total.

Understand the bankroll equation →
04 / Evaluate

Read the conditions, not just the headline.

Store offer terms and compare scenarios with the stake-return rule, eligibility, expiry and fees attached. A bonus stake that is not returned has a different payoff from a cash stake. Prediction-market contract fees and settlement terms need their own assumptions.

Keep in mind: Stakesift does not redeem promotions or certify eligibility. Verify the current operator terms in your jurisdiction. A favorable calculation is not a guaranteed cash conversion.

Account for fees and execution risk →
05 / Test

Make assumptions testable.

Build weighted-factor models over your supplied historical data and inspect backtest results. Separate training from later evaluation, retain the input assumptions and look beyond headline win rate. Analysis calculations work without AI; any configured model explanation remains a fallible interpretation of selected evidence.

Keep in mind: A historical backtest is not a verified prediction record. Factor leakage, small samples and different market conditions can turn apparent precision into a misleading result.

Build an honest backtest →
06 / Monitor

Watch a rule, not a promise.

Save source-specific alert rules, then use Check now to evaluate available source data and review in-app results. Community sharing is a separate, deliberate action; published research is not automatically a verified sportsbook ticket or settled profit record.

Keep in mind: Checks are user-triggered, not background, scheduled or push monitoring. No email or outbound notification delivery is provided. Feed delays, stale quotes and missing markets can prevent evaluation; optional AI explanations separately require configured availability and selected-evidence consent.

OddsJam, BreadSync, AnyAlpha—and where the boundaries differ.

Public first-party marketing, documentation, pricing and app-store evidence reviewed October 1, 2026. Not an authenticated dashboard audit or independent performance test. Not publicly confirmed means the reviewed sources did not establish a capability, not that it does not exist. Prices and availability can change.

We compared consumer-facing functionality separately from integration rights. BreadSync is the BREAD product in this research; Pikkit’s BookSync and Action’s BetSync are different services. Vendor claims below are not evidence of profitability, uptime or a license available to Stakesift.

Publicly advertised capabilities, not a ranking or an independent efficacy study. Quoted offer prices are observation-date context, not guaranteed current checkout terms.

Our response: trace the evidence, don’t imitate an undocumented connection.

Stakesift focuses on reviewed user records, explicit assumptions and separated cash/result accounting. Public odds and prediction-market data are not customer-account synchronization. We do not inherit access rights from another product’s marketing, and we do not label editable records as verified profit.

SharpSports hosted linking, owner-bound ticket review, refresh requests and access revocation are implemented and exercised with synthetic vendor sandbox records. This is direct hosted consent and login, not OAuth; sportsbook credentials are entered only with the vendor, never collected by Stakesift. Production sportsbook access is disabled. Live use requires paid provider keys, confirmed data rights and supported book regions; SDK-required books need separate vendor package access and are not supported by the hosted-only flow. Commercial odds feeds separately require credentials, coverage and permitted display/retention rights. Neither sandbox proof nor these implementations establish a universal license, real bettor performance or live account availability.
