Terms and safety

Stakesift helps organize public market research, editable price and probability assumptions, private bet and offer records, and non-executable planning drafts. It does not accept wagers, trade, hold funds, transfer money, or instruct a provider to execute anything. A result is research, not financial, investment, legal, tax, or gambling advice.

Expected value, arbitrage, allocation, and offer outputs depend on your inputs and assumptions. Positive calculated value does not guarantee profit, executable prices, eligibility, liquidity, or settlement. You can lose the entire stake. Do not risk money you cannot afford to lose, borrow to wager, or treat a planning output as a command to act.

Do not use the service if you are below the age required by applicable law or if the activity is prohibited where you are. You are responsible for checking your jurisdiction, provider restrictions, promotion eligibility, and contract rules before any decision made outside this app. Stakesift does not grant access to restricted providers.

If gambling is causing financial pressure, distress, or loss of control, stop and use qualified local support or your provider’s self-exclusion and limit tools. Stakesift is not a substitute for those protections.

Currently supported integrations are public Polymarket market research and public wallet-position watching, alongside manual, CSV, and screenshot sources. A public wallet watch is not owner verification, an authenticated balance, trade history, or a canonical wager. Unsupported sportsbook accounts are not secretly connected or scraped.

Prices may be stale or unavailable. Similar markets may have different periods, lines, fees, outcomes, or settlement rules. Review source and observation times and confirm terms directly with the provider. Imported text, OCR, and optional model explanations can be wrong; explicitly review draft fields before approval. Models do not replace deterministic calculations or source verification.

You must have rights to the data you import, process, or publish. Do not share account credentials, infringe third-party rights, evade access restrictions, abuse APIs, impersonate others, or publish illegal or misleading content. Provider terms and data-use restrictions apply independently.

Use a strong password and protect your active sessions. Email/password accounts currently do not require verified email; do not represent account access as independent identity verification. Password changes and session revocation are available in Settings. Email password-reset delivery is not available.

Private records stay separate from deliberately published community content. You are responsible for what you publish. Picks and discussion are not independently verified wager history or endorsements. Delete contributions or the account using the supported controls; external copies cannot be recalled.

Export important records before deletion. Individual import deletion retains approved financial records and minimal deduplication identities. Whole-account deletion is permanent and password-confirmed. A failed or pending erase is not a completed deletion.

The service and external data may be interrupted, incomplete, or change. No uptime, source completeness, guaranteed returns, permanent archival storage, or staffed support response time is promised. Keep your own records and verify consequential information outside the app.

This page does not create a claim of regulatory approval, provider partnership, or certified compliance. Applicable legal rights are not waived by these disclosures. Material changes to these published conditions should be reflected in this page’s publication date.
